TSM Houston specializes in welding metal fabrication products, and with a new job just about everyday, their experience is virtually unparalleled.  And, as with any aspect of their company, TSM Houston is so committed to customer service and satisfaction that they will even weld on-site, saving you time, money and effort.

TSM Houston handles various forms of welding metal fabrication including MIG, TIG, Arc, and more!  For reference, the basics of the primary types of welding metal fabrication available from TSM is provided:

Arc:  Arc welding uses a welding power supply to generate an electric arc between an electrode and the base material to melt the metals at the welding point.  The process of arc welding is extensively used because of its relatively small capital and running costs.

Welding Metal FabricationMIG:  Gas Metal Arc Welding(GMAW) is frequently referred toas Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding.  MIG welding is a commonlyused high deposition rate welding semiautomatic welding process.

TIG:  Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) is frequently referred to as Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding.  TIG welding is a frequently used high-quality welding process.  TIG welding has become a common choice of welding processes when high quality, precision welding metal fabrication is required.

Welding in metal fabrication is showing a heavy decline in the availability of skilled workers, and an increase in competitive markets.  TSM Houston knows that their welding metal fabrication skills and experience are a genuine asset in the sheet metal industry and their movement toward industrial automation can bring about cost-effective labour and great flexibility to changes in product and demand.
